The Apex X21 Destroyer Card by Sabrent is a colossal multi-SSD array that provides a storage capacity of 168 TB.

Sabrent USA took to Twitter to announce their latest storage solution, the Sabrent Apex X21 Destroyer. The company is collaborating with Apex Solutions to create a single PCIe card offering that boasts 21X 8 TB SSDs for a total of 168 TB of storage on a single card. Sabrent and Apex are currently testing the Destroyer, which is made up of Apex Solution's x21 NVMe mounting platform card and twenty-one of Sabrent's Rocket 4 Plus SSD 8 TB NVMe 4.0 Gen 4 PCIe M.2 Internal SSD model (SB-RKT4P-8TB).

While the Destroyer is made up of pre-existing parts, the total cost of the card and SSDs comes to $25,879. This does not include additional expenses for cooling solutions and a hardware controller capable of managing the SSDs. Sabrent is known for being on the cutting edge of technology and will continue to tweak and evaluate the Destroyer with Apex Solutions.
