Introducing the EK-Pro GPU Water Block for NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server & MAX-Q Workstation GPUs

EK by LM TEK has unveiled the EK-Pro GPU Water Block, specifically engineered for the NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition and MAX-Q Workstation Edition GPUs. This high-performance, single-slot liquid cooling solution is designed to meet the demanding requirements of high-density AI server deployments and professional workstation environments. By providing comprehensive active cooling for the GPU core, VRAM, and VRM, the EK-Pro water block ensures optimal thermal management, system stability, and sustained performance under heavy workloads.

Optimized for High-Density AI Servers and Workstations

The EK-Pro GPU Water Block features a true single-slot form factor, maximizing GPU density in server racks and compact workstations. This design is ideal for environments where space and cooling efficiency are critical, such as AI data centers and professional rendering farms. Integrated quick-disconnect fittings streamline maintenance, allowing for rapid servicing without the need to drain the cooling loop or disassemble the system, significantly reducing downtime and supporting scalable infrastructure.

It is important to note that this EK-Pro water block is not compatible with the reference RTX Pro 6000 Workstation Edition GPU.

Advanced Split-Flow Cooling Engine

At the heart of the EK-Pro RTX PRO 6000 GPU water block is the EK split-flow cooling engine, engineered for high thermal performance with minimal hydraulic restriction. This advanced design enables efficient cooling even at lower pump speeds, making it particularly suitable for multi-GPU configurations, including high-density 4U 8-GPU server systems. The optimized jet plate and fin structure ensure balanced coolant distribution, minimizing flow losses and maintaining consistent thermal efficiency regardless of coolant flow direction.

Premium Materials and Robust Construction

The EK-Pro GPU water block is constructed with a CNC-machined base made from nickel-plated electrolytic copper, ensuring excellent heat transfer and durability. The top is laser-cut from industry-grade stainless steel, providing enhanced structural integrity. A screw-in PCIe power connector bracket is integrated into the top plate for a secure and reliable power connection. High-quality EPDM O-rings deliver dependable sealing, while pre-installed brass standoffs simplify the installation process and ensure safe mounting.

Single-Slot Design and Active Backplate Cooling

The custom I/O bracket at the top of the EK-Pro water block replaces the standard I/O shield, enhancing both stability and protection. The single-slot I/O plate allows the graphics card to occupy just one PCIe x16 slot, making it an excellent choice for compact workstations and high-density server environments where PCIe spacing is limited.

Additionally, the included CNC-machined aluminium backplate features an active cooling section that interfaces directly with the cold plate. This design efficiently transfers heat away from the rear of the PCB, targeting backside memory modules and PCB hot spots. The result is improved overall thermal stability, enabling the NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 GPU to maintain peak performance and efficient heat dissipation even in the most demanding multi-GPU server deployments.
